Floating Caliper Hanger
Definition
A bracket that mounts on the rear axle and holds the brake caliper over the disc. It is kept from turning by a torque arm or by a pin on the swing arm. KE Motorsports’ hangers are 6.5 mm thick, with a 35 mm axle hole and 84 mm between the caliper mounting holes, for the 2-piston Brembo 32 mm caliper, in versions for 10.5″ and 11.75″ discs.
